THE BARN

HUMBLE+PINE Studio is a 1200 sq ft modern natural light studio.

  • The space has a full bathroom and full kitchen.

  • Various couches, chairs, props, stools, benches and plants are available during your rental.

  • There is a full sized bed. The bedroom area is whimsical and romantic with all neutral tones.

  • Keyless entry.

  • During your rental you are welcome to shoot both inside and out. The building sits on 4 acres. There are also 20 pine trees surrounding the studio. We are always adding to the garden and have big dreams for the outdoor space in the seasons to come.

  • Please keep your clients in the area closest to the studio.

  • NEW: PET FEE - We do allow pets in the space. Please add on the $15 fee at checkout. We ask that you keep animals off of the bed. Thank you!

  • PARKING - There is a gravel circle drive for parking when renting the barn. There is a MAX 6 car limit on the circle drive for barn rentals. Please do not park in the grass.

  • The Backdrop Papers are now included and available to use with each rental.

It is very important that you arrive and depart during your exact booking period. You need to factor in any set up and tear down time. If you need to book an extra thirty minutes or 1 hour for these things, please do so. If you stay past the time you booked there will be a fee. We appreciate your understanding on this topic! The Backdrop papers are now included with each rental (no additional fee).

Bookings are non-refundable. If you must reschedule it needs to be done at least 24 hours in advance.

You must leave the studio as you found it. Please be sure to straighten up after your shoots. If you moved furniture, it needs to be put back where you found it. We ask that you treat the space with care so that everyone in the photo community can enjoy it. Thank you!
