HUMBLE+PINE Greenhouse is a 12x20ft modern natural light greenhouse/studio.

There are 3 designated parking spaces labeled specifically for greenhouse parking.
The greenhouse is furnished with various chairs, stools, poufs, & a loveseat.
There is a twin sized day bed with various pillows and throw blankets.
PARKING - There are 3 designated gravel spaces with parking blocks off the main drive for greenhouse parking. There is a MAX 3 car limit for greenhouse rentals. Please do not park in the grass.

-The greenhouse is heated with a natural gas furnace for the colder months. There is no air conditioning. However, there is an exhaust fan/ventilation system to keep the building cooler. Understand that it is a glass house so while protected from the outside elements, it is not insulated and temperature can fluctuate with the weather.
-During your rental you are welcome to shoot both inside and out. We encourage you to explore the gardens. It is vital if you book the greenhouse that you shoot only inside the greenhouse. We have two studios on the property, if you booked the greenhouse you can shoot only inside the greenhouse, if you booked the barn, you can shoot only inside the barn. Inside of the buildings is not a shared area. However, the gardens and 2 acres surrounding the buildings will be shared. There can only be a maximum of two rentals at a time, so you would never be sharing the outdoor space with more than one photographer, if that.
-Please keep your clients in the area closest to the greenhouse. The outdoor space that can be used is the area from the top of the meadow to the road (about 2 acres).

It is very important that you arrive and depart during your exact booking period. You need to factor in any set up and tear down time. If you need to book an extra thirty minutes or 1 hour for these things, please do so. If you stay past the time you booked there will be a fee. We appreciate your understanding on this topic!
Bookings are non-refundable. If you must reschedule it needs to be done at least 24 hours in advance.
You must leave the greenhouse as you found it. Please be sure to straighten up after your shoots. If you moved furniture, it needs to be put back where you found it. We ask that you treat the space with care so that everyone in the photo community can enjoy it. Thank you!
*To note: There is not a bathroom inside of the greenhouse. Please treat this rental as if you are shooting outside at a park. In the event that a restroom must be used, you may quickly enter The Barn to do so (respecting if there is a shoot going on that you will be quiet and quick). Thank you.
